Artist Statement
This is a Photo I took UpNorth one Weekend. This was the last sunrise we got to see before we left, and we spent it wading in the water. This has a special meaning to me because it captures this moment in time of happiness. This girl is like my sister, who we share many memories together. In this moment, we felt the cold Lake Huron water one last time before we set back to Ann Arbor. The challenges I faced weren't really challenging, though I did want to capture the ripples following her movement, Another challenge was aligning the horizon. A success was capturing the movement and feeling I was trying to convey.
